Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Billing: All payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable. We accept credit card payments and ACH transfers.
  • Lease Agreements: Subscription contracts are non-cancellable and offered for 12, 24, 36, or 48 months.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through your account settings before the renewal date.

Usage Rights and Restrictions

  • License: Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software and services during the subscription period.
  • Restrictions: You are prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to access the source code of our software. Any unauthorized use of our services is strictly prohibited

Service Availability and Support

  • Uptime Commitment: While we strive to provide continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to circumstances beyond our control.

Termination Policy

  • Non-Payment: Failure to maintain an up-to-date account may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.

  • Post-Termination: Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and your data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.
